Herculaneum Quay is an existing building with combustible cladding that was never habited and is therefore standing empty just outside the heart of Liverpool.

Profac have worked collaboratively with the client, architect, fire engineer and other stakeholders including Homes England to develop a strategy for the building that will lead to compliance and ultimately occupancy. The project was to remove and replace all the combustible cladding system and replace with a new BBA Approved Class A fire rated solution that would provide the client with a safe and habitable building for the future.
